H.265/HEVC video app for Chrome browser

The HEVC/H.265 video player plugin for Chrome (preview) has been updated:

Changes:

• Updated to libde265 0.6.
• Background changed to black when no video is loaded. Now includes the with libde265 logo.
• Fixed an issue when screen size was smaller than default window size.
• Issue fixed with wrong positioning when container width is less than video width.
• Fixed wrong alert when user cancelled opening a file.
